HUNGER ACTION MONTH!

September is Hunger Action Month!

Food insecurity is rising—and families across Western Tidewater are feeling the strain. Cuts to SNAP benefits and soaring food costs have made it harder than ever for our neighbors to put meals on the table.

At Suffolk Christian Fellowship Center, we’re standing in the gap—but we can’t do it alone. This month, we’re calling on businesses, churches, social groups, and caring individuals near and far to join us in the fight against hunger.

Your donations help us stock our pantry, expand mobile distributions, and meet urgent needs with dignity and compassion. Every dollar, every canned good, every act of kindness makes a difference.

Let’s turn compassion into action.

Message us to learn how you can give, volunteer, or partner with us this month.

Together, we can be the hands and feet of hope.

We have expanded our reach to the North Suffolk area to bridge the nutrition gap; creating greater access to food goods for working families!

Suffolk Christian Fellowship Center launched our off-site 2nd Shift Program in partnership with Sentara BelleHarbour on April 2, 2024. As an extension of our home-site, this 2nd Shift Program will be held every 1st Tuesday from 5:30-7:00p.

(Please note that these distributions will run simultaneously. We are not replacing our existing distribution with the North Suffolk distribution.)

We celebrate our being featured in two Suffolk News-Herald articles this week. Click the buttons below to see what’s happening!
